Unfortunately in Mr Whitehouse's eyes that probably constitutes a "licence" to do what he wants with his bully boy tactics, literally threating people into paying.

A little birdy told me. Seriously though, someone of Pranky's acquaintance asked the BPA why ANPR Ltd. were no longer on the list.

Not possible in theory. The DVLA insists that if a PPC moves from one ATA to the other their sanctions go with them.

But I wouldn't be surprised if the DVLA weasels out of that in some way.

I wonder if Clever Trevor will sends one of his matey round-robin emails to all his customers?

Mebbe he'll try to resurrect The Parking Enforcement Trade Association and join that!

I hope he does something though, just think of all those poor little Hargreaveses out of work, and it would be shocking if N. Martin's personal knowledge of every car park this side of Alpha Centauri went to waste. Maybe Trev can go back to flogging that scourge of criminals and terrorists, ANPR-in-a-Box.

He'll probably have some wacky invention that provides him with RK details without the need for the DVLA KADOE service.
