Eating out is a killer for me, especially as i pay rent to live at home which includes all meals paid for! My girlfriend and I can spend £50 in one night on dinner out and there wouldn't be much change out of that! McDonalds sees me coming every time i go past it! I would estimate i spend a good £200 a month on eating out! I think I'll take up this challenge of taking lunch to work, or how I'll do it, taking dinner to my girlfriends ;) or just staying home, have the dinner thats being cooked anyway then go to my girlfriends!

    Evening all

So, starting as I would like to go on, I got myself organised tonight for tomorrow. I have aside:

B: Fruit with yoghurt and granola
L: Salad with chicken wings and coleslaw

I have a feeling that will leave me peckish late afternoon so may grab a snack bar in the morning too

    Hi everyone

I've been missing for quite a while but am very pleased to say I've managed to take LTW everyday and even started taking breakfast too:T BUT I've had a few problems to deal with this week and missed Monday and Tuesday. Cannot believe how much it costs to buy lunch out these days:eek::eek::eek: and we're only talking a sandwich or baked potato nothing very fancy!

So back on the wagon today and will be uber organised for the rest of April.

Feels good to be back. Happy lunching folks x
