Not working today (got the dentist for a filling later :eek:) so I think I will have noodle and veg soup. That takes me to #25 which is 5 over target

I hit my target today too
I had a big green smoothie. I normally have smoothies for breakfast, but fancied it when i got home at lunch time.

Back today and lunch was a cheese sarnie with homemade tomato relish and some strawberries (not in the sandwich of course!) ....6/11
