Failed miserably today....have been at home all weekend with the mother of all colds, so haven't cooked or shopped, therefore nothing viable to take to work. Have purchased a salad and some ham (shock horror) and it wasn't even that nice....probably because I can't taste anything properly!
Don't beat yourself up about it.Hope you're feeling better.0 -

Hello all!
Sorry I've only dipped in and out but I have been smashing the lunches - had greek yoghurt with blueberries for brekkie yesterday then feta nicoise for lunch - and got exactly the same today!
So now on 7/8 - I swapped my workdays from Monday to this Friday so my 8th day will technically be May but if the new thread isn't up by then I'll count it in here!

Gwylim, i bet that is a nightmare if you have to eat out. Have you found most restaurants to be helpful and offer lots of food that you can eat?
No, very few places are willing to guarantee a meal is nut free as they don't want to be responsible if you do then have an allergic reaction.0 -

I am in the same boat - so I tend to end up eating out at the same places! (fatal nut allergy here as well! oh and Vegetarian to boot)
