Hello All,
I'm new here, but I suppose my first milestone is actually being aware of how much debt I have (over £10,000) and making steps to getting it all cleared. Step 1 was a balance transfer to a 0% interest CC and giving myself a budget to stick to regarding going out, meals out, drinking etc. I am determined to get myself debt-free in two years!Month 2 (June 2015) - £10,672.12 owing
Month 1 (May 2015) - £11,143.47 owing0 -
A large glass of wine please.
One little letter sent has resulted in almost £1000, yes a thousand pounds of interest being refunded!
This means another 3 credit cards are paid off this week! and 2 months shaved off our debt free date.
And just to make it a really fabulous day they have promised to removed anything negative from our credit file.0 -
Just paid £130.00 off Barclaycard, :j £840.00 before July to go

After having my LBM on 14 May last year, we have paid 55% off our debt. So based on that we're hoping to be debt free in less than a year. Hopefully we've reached the top of the mountain and are now going down the other sideMFIT #73 - Pay all mortgage off in 3 years[STRIKE] £46,400[/STRIKE]£34,295 PAID £12,1050
