Received 1 sample sized Tresemme Wave creating foam which was being away for free in the street. Liking it so far.

    Received the same yesterday too!

UU - VO5 GIVE ME MOISTURE conditioner. I love this. I have couple of more to use and i will buy more later on :P Along with shampoo and hot oil treatment, these are the only products that worked on my dry hair and ease the freeze.

    Hola Beauty Queens

I have UU Sainsburys Handwash in Fig & Jasmine; I really liked the smell of this but it has given DH contact dermatitis and he looks like his hands are covered in tiny warts :( so I WNBA. Have replaced it with a big bottle of Grace Cole stuff which also smells lovely, I've found a bottle of sensitive Carex for DH to use in the meantime, just in case.

My car has been in for new tyres and brakes today and rather than get the bus or, heaven forfend, WALK home, I went to the big retail park. I had already decided to buy the L'Oreal La Palette Nude in Rose but there was a 3 for 2 on so I picked up 2 more of my HG Infallible foundations, effectively making them BOGOF :money: I've already tried the darkest purple shadow in my crease and it seems super pigmented and blended out easily so fingers crossed the rest of the shades match up.

Aldi have a new serum and eye gel in their Expert range, so I got the eye stuff to try. I think it was under £4 and I like the idea of an eye gel for mornings, it sounds lovely and cooling :)

So that's one OUT and three INS, as I don't count eye shadows ;)

UU superdrug soft deodorant, WBA but I think they've stopped selling them!

UU Pantene volume 2in1 shampoo and conditioner, wasn't so keen on the way my hair felt after using this so WNBA.
  • I haven't had much time recently so need to go back and catch up on posts when I get chance.

I have a couple of OUTS to report:

    1. TA - anti-perspirant. This was a product trial and I don't know what brand it was.
    2. TA - No7 nail varnish Very Petal. I've had this for quite some time and it went a bit funny. There wasn't much left so I chucked it.

I only have 1 more wipe left in my current pack and not much shampoo left either so I should have 2 UUs to report very shortly.
Thank you to everyone who posts on here :)

I am packing to move house so had a bit of a chuck-out/give away session! Can't remember exactly what, but most past its best/no longer used.

Acquired a couple of bits and pieces on holiday in NY, but mostly smaller items that will be used up quickly.

    Ins:

    - Josie Maran Argan Oil
    - Josie Maran Cleansing Oil
    - Josie Maran Moisturiser with SPF47
    - L'Occitane Almond Shower Oil

    Items down to 48.

Bought is to buy. Brought is to bring.

    Morning ladies.

    I have an out

Clarins Pure Melt Cleansing Gel 75ml - this was a GWP and I have used most of it but it breaks me out. It is a shame as it is lovely to use and very convenient for holidays. WNBA

    Hi ladies,

I have been reading along this month and the past few months but need to get involved again!

Fizzwhizz it's lovely to see you back!

Dolly thanks for your posts about project panning make up and the make up baskets. I have discovered a whole new area of YouTube which I didn't know existed! If you have any other you tubers you would recommend I would love to know.

I think my toiletry stash isn't too bad now and it's make up that's the main problem. Going to have a look through next week and get organising and using stuff up!

Hi KT2802. Glad I was of some help. It's nice to feel inspired to use what we have and get value for money rather than buy, buy buy. A lot of people seem to be moving away from the big guns on Youtube. They make a ton of money from selling us stuff now rather than genuine reviews like they did when they started out. I like to watch the following:

    ThriftyBeauty
    MegsMakeup8
    PrettyPistol86
    Curious Sparkles
    Kristen Kay

There is a whole community of them doing the same things. Funnily enough all bar a couple are American.

    I have a uu

ELF Translucent Mattifying Powder - WNBA. This was fine but having to order online is unnecessary for something like this, there are lots of other products available in Boots etc. This is one of the few ELF products I have tried which I think is any good, the eyeshadows and liners of theirs I have tried have been garbage.

    Hi ladies,

No more UUs. It's going really slow. However, my feelunique order has arrived so two INs:-

    Elemis Lime Blossom Balancing Cleanser
    Yes to Grapefruit facial wipes.

OT has anyone any experience of using the Toms Outlet site. I'm a bit dubious about ordering from there as want reassurance that it's genuine.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Thanks dolly, I'll have a look. Have been watching amber f's videos since you posted up about her managing to fully use up the naked palette! I have never used up any makeup other than concealer and foundation. Going to start doing make up baskets so that I can focus on specific items.

Yes it's interesting that it's mainly American you tubers talking about using make up up. Like you say, I too am fed up of seeing the same products being talked about repeatedly. Still feel tempted to buy stuff though but am trying to resist!
