OT has anyone any experience of using the Toms Outlet site. I'm a bit dubious about ordering from there as want reassurance that it's genuine.

If it is the same one, looks like not a genuine one.

    1 UU:
Umberto Giannini Moisture Replenishing Hair Mask

I bought this when I had a bit issue with dry hair after bleach and it didn't do anything to replenish my hair. It made it really frizzy too.
I have used it as a cream in shower and WNBA.

    UU -

Batiste Hair Mini in Tropical - WMBA. This was OK, was a means to an end to take on holiday with me, and used up this morning.

    Products down to 46.

Bought is to buy. Brought is to bring.

    2 UU -

Lush mmmelting marshmallow moment bath melt - WBA purely for the scent, it smells lovely.

Garner ultimate blends coconut and cocoa conditioner - WMBA did the job okay and smelled nice, but I think other brands have made my hair feel a lot softer.

It's lovely to see you back too! :)

One more UU from me, S&G The Righteous Butter mini; DD bought this for me for Mother's Day, along with lots of other bits, she is a really thoughful girl when she's not being s little cow :rotfl: WNBA as I find the smell a bit overpowering but I like the consistency and the results so I might try another S&G body butter in the future.

I am heading off to YouTube now to search for makeup baskets and PP inspiration, it will make a pleasant change from the gurus all shoving the latest newest and bestest foundation/concealer/eyeshadow palette down our collective thoughts. Sometimes I think Benefit could sell their products for half the price if they didn't sent new releases to every person who's ever had a blog or a YT channel!

I had a little clear out yesterday and got rid of some make up bits that were never going to get used up:

Boots No7 Amazing Eyes Pencil in Brown - this was very dry and dragged on my eyes, it is old and almost used up.

ELF Eyeshadow Pencil/Liner - this was a double ended pencil, the colours were lovely but the liner smudged all over the place within 5 minutes, the shadow side had been used quite a bit but wasn't that good.

ELF Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil - rubbish

FizzWhizz - I love the PP videos, there is something so satisfying about empty products even someone elses. There is one lady who does them who also does a series about letting go of the love of stuff. She said something which rang very true with me - you know things are getting out of hand when you are spending even more money on storage systems for the excessive amount of stuff you have bought which you didn't need (she said it better).

I was wondering if I could rely on you lovely ladies for some help. My niece is seven years old and suffers with eczema top to bottom. My sister just uses aqueous cream as she doesn't itch with it and her skin doesn't dry out so bad it cracks. Is there anything natural she can use to help alleviate the dryness?

My DD has eczema, sometimes it can get severe though she has grown out of having it from top to bottom. After picking up what seemed her 50th cortisone prescription cream, I thought to myself there has to be a better way. I did some research and stumbled upon this link. I made the cream and she used it and over the course of a few days her skin completely cleared up. Since then we always have a pot made, since it has no preservatives I keep it in the fridge. Might be worth a try for your niece. She also has to do all the usual stuff like not using bio or highly perfumed detergent, using very mild unperfumed soap, shampoo, shower gel, etc. - but it really did change things for the better.

Thank you, I have just made a batch of this while OH not speaking, aka watching F1.:rotfl:

I had just the right amount of fine oatmeal lurking in the cupboard, so subbed it for the oats and milled it a little finer still in the bullet and followed one of the comments by using a hand whisk while bowl in sink of cold water, also added a large teaspoonful of Shea butter as there was some here. I rubbed all the excess from the bowl/spatula etc into my arms and legs and although it felt greasy at first it was very quickly absorbed. Keeping fingers crossed that it soothes the nasty sore patches on my face and hands.:D
