That sounds ideal, what kind of heaters do you use and are they expensive to run? I had thought about it but worried about the expense and the safety factor. We would ideally love to keep them outside so that they have more space and so our house smells less of hay!
As for photos I will do my best to get some taken, it is tricky to get them all at peace but I will try over the weekend.
I have 3 sheds. One isnt heated because it has my group of 4 rabbits in it and they are fine without the heat. The other 2 sheds are heated. One has an oil filled radiator and the other has an oil free radiator (you could pick up either for around £30 - £50). At this time of year they are left on all the time. They are 2kw heaters and are only on 1 switch and not turned up full which seems to get the sheds lovely and toasty (they are huge sheds). I only have them really warm because of my chinchillas. If I only had the guinea pigs in there I would have the heater on a bit lower. As long as they are high enough just to take the chill off the air and the guinea pigs are given lots of hay for bedding they should be nice and snug. I have 12 guinea pigs and 6 rabbits of my own but also board them when people go on holiday and other owners are often very particular about the warmth :rotfl:

I think we have an oiled filled radiator, I think that might be an option for next year as I know my OH is keen to get them out the house! It shouldn't be too expensive to get an electricity supply to the shed and then we could have a light fitted too.Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0

Just had a hunt around the internet and I am considering a C&C cage layout now that I could put under the stairs and then they could all live together! I have seen the cubes on ebay but wondered if anyone had seen them for less anywhere else?Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0

If you want a C&C cage there is a company in the UK that imports a cage that is very similar to the C&C but it comes with everything including the base and it just slots together rather than having to use cable ties etc. We have them at work (I work in a pet shop) and they are great, they retail at around £43 for a 4'x 2' section and you can buy dividers to split them and more than one can be attached together
.
Here is the website http://www.cool-pet.co.uk/scripts/main.asp?PageID=41&prod=8161500 there is a where to buy section so you can see if you can find a local supplier. Its called the MW Guinea Habitat0 -

I've actually got one of the runs already in the garden, looking to get their inside house revamped, they live in my living room lol. C and C is big but tatty now, plus they love chewing the base!0 -
