  • Hello

I am thinking of getting magazine subscriptions with my points for Christmas Presents. Should I order now. How do I send them as gifts? Sorry but I have never done this before.

I would order now, especially with the postal situation as it is. Last year I redeemed some points online for a magazine subscription for my SIL. I received the vouchers in the post quite soon after and it is at this point where you enter the details of if it is a gift subscription, recipient's details, date to start, etc.

All £10 off WYS £30 on groceries

    XX2GFP valid 1/10 - 7/10
    XXVZYG valid 8/10 - 14/10
    XXPV9X valid 15/10 - 21/10
    XX4VRR valid 22/10 - 28/10

I used XXVZYG online last night and the £10 discount was accepted. My shopping was delivered tonight BUT my receipt shows

    We're sorry but we couldn't use the following coupons/vouchers - £10 off your groceries:mad:

None of the common reasons were fitting and my final bill was £110 (as it usually averages each week). This has never happened before and I am not happy especially as the delivery charges have been increased and I had 6 substitutes and 1 burst package:eek:

Can anyone give me any tips before I phone customer services.

I am hoping this is not a sign of things to come.

Sorry for the huge message and thanks:A

Well same thing happend to me today when it was delivered it was the full price it didn't have the £10 taken off. spoke to a nice guy at tesco clubcard vouchers (0845 722 5533 option1) i said that it wasn't taken off said i couldnt remember the code used but it was a min spend voucher of a £30 (i spent £89) he looked at his computer and said that it should have come off and did a refund there and then back to the card!! Yippee!
Thanks to all on this website for the codes!

HI can anyone help me. I am trying to order the Stella beer on offer and some Harvey's sherry. It comes to 26.00 and I am trying to add the sim card with £5.00 free air time and free delivery instead of paying for delivery. It keeps showing 2 baskets and 2 seperate checkouts. The one just has the £5.00 showing for the sim card and the other checkout for the beer and sherry. Can I not add the sim card to get free delivery to this order for some reason? Thanks all Taffy

Hi Taffy, I am just answering quickly, but isn't the sim card on Tesco Direct and the other items on the usual Tesco Grocery site, if so they are separate and cannot be mixed....sorry if I am wrong but I know that the sim card thing to get free delivery was on Tesco Direct and not grocery when I did it...
