I put this over on the clubcard thread but wondered if anyone here could help as that one is quiet?:)

I've just phoned CC and the nice assistant has agreed to move over all my clubcard vouchers i have thrown away! so i'm really pleased about that.

    .but..

she said i am registered to receive e-vouchers and do i want to keep it this way? I agreed as i use the 50pts on a £2 frozen food spend online etc..

It was only when I got of the phone that i thought about it. THis doesn't also mean my clubcard vouchers does it? The ones i'll receive and save up then turn in to deals?

Do i need to ring them back or will these vouchers be ok?
  • I apologise in advance for this obvious question as you are all so experienced in using Tesco online - I used it ages ago but then switched to Asda.I usually just go to Tesco if I want to shop there but can't this week.

I have forgotten how to input the voucher codes before I start shopping. I have been searching for ages and hope that one of you will be able to point me in the right direction.

I called CS but they are closed on Sundays and looked at the online help but it only tells me to input the code when checking out. I know that codes can be banked and that's what I would like to do so that I can see if they are valid or not before I order.

    Thank you

It asks for evouchers at checkout after you have completed the shopping.

No you will get your Clubcard paper vouchers in the usual way, It's just that the additional ones attached you get like 50 pts for bread etc will have an online code on them so that you can only use them that way and not in store. Though the Clubcard vouchers for deals also have an online code so that you can redeem them either online or by post.
