Are the instore toys on 2 for 3? I have spotted a few Dr Who goodies which I'd like to stock up on for Christmas.

I've just been to collect some photos and they were free with 100 points for my trouble. I love Boots!!

I got the 100 points for photos too I also used the voucher for £1.50 off digital printing from the August magazine to get two lots of six 7"x5".

SA at the till was really rude. He said "madam you cannot use the points voucher if you are not paying for anything". I told him I had done it before and it had been fine. He then scanned my second lot of six photos and it worked no problem. BUT he didn't put my Boots card in properly!! Suffering with a cold at the mo so wasn't in the mood for this!! He then wandered off to go put my points on; i reminded him it should be 200 (2x100points vouchers). He said "o yeah"...great customer service skills....

On a better note, used the 100 points Botanics voucher from the Aug magazine + get a free miniature when you buy a body Botanics product ACM voucher to get a bar of soap (worth £2) and a body butter miniature (worth £2) for effectively a £1!!

ohh thanks what else were festivel park putting out?Last time i was there they had lots of miss sixty sets for £12 which i thought was too too expensive and the security guard follwed me around!

Hello, whenever i use my boots card in the machine-i never seem to get any offers/none that i can use and are of any use to me....anyone else feel a bit left out or am i the only one who doesnt get any offers?!

I have same problem - every Boots I visit (and there are lots ) I try the ACM's. Every single one says that there are offers but when I try to view them, every time it says "not available at this time"
Today I decided to call customer services and explain the problem. They said I should contact the store and ask them to fix the machine :eek: . If I did this, every store in the south east would need fixing and all you fellow Bootsers would have no ACM's :eek: :eek: .
She then said that this was indeed a very odd problem because as far as they could tell, my card was working fine as I am receiving my points when I shop. I explained that this is all very well, but I want my vouchers (I have already missed out on so many :mad: ). She eventually agreed to send a new card - which will take 3-4 weeks.
Fingers crossed that the new one will work - will keep you updated.

Exactly the same thing today my mam rang back for the second time about being offered no offers says not available... was told she had to get a new card in the meantime she is missing out on offers though.

I've been hunting for some more baby wipes but so far with no luck - off again tomorrow, lol!

I have 2 ac's now for 2 accounts and only the original one shows me any offers on the acm...the new one is working as in I get the points added if I hand it over, but although it knows me on the machine, it brings up no offers - I thought it might be because it is a new card and it maybe takes a while to decide what offers they will give out or something!?!?

Hi, not had a good bootsing day today.

Eagle centre Derby had no sale left :eek:!!

They also had very little of the TD and Olay things which are £5 and under, despite having loads a week ago :rolleyes:!!

We're getting a huge new centre extension at the beginning of next month, but Boots is not moving so they are changing all their current store around!

I HATE it!!! :mad:

I don't know where anything is in there anymore!! They are moving all the ACM's around too and hardly any of them were working! The one that was working gave me none of the good offers for the first time ever, so I only got another TD eye brightener with my last voucher! :rolleyes:
