  • Just been to my local (small) boots - Chorley - just in time for them to be putting out the td wipes (havn't seen any up till now) so got 2 packs with my vouchers so pleased with that.

Also they had toddler jar puddings (choc banana and egg custard) reduced to 15p a jar! if anyone is interested...

I only managed one pack of the wipes at 2.39 for 4 packs - my one now doesn't have the label on anymore - never mind - I know the pink/green ones with stripes are the usual £5 as I tried it with them and they went through as a fiver...

can anyone explain what the deal is with memory cards?

  • I am thinking about doing a car booty as have lots of stuff to get rid of including lots of Olay and Time Delay. Can I ask what the more experience Booty people sell there stuff for? I have TD Lip Plumper and Olay Regenerist cleanser, Body Cream and Hand Cream. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
  • all my parenting vouchers go through fine on the till, inc the no7 vouchers, dont have to be manually done.

at carboot sales people want something for nothing, bottles like skincare/shampoo normally go around £1.50 .
  • Bigger Boots, better shop

Quite a few childrens clothes reduced. Original price below £10 were reduced to £2, over £10 original price were reduced to £5. Got a small bundle.

Also made the mistake of looking at the Lancome free gift to discover they have just started a second offer that runs WITH the free gift.

You get the free gift if you buy any two Lancome products, but if you buy a third (one items has to be skincare) you ALSO get 1000 points. This offer seemed to run until the end of Septemberish.

I'm not sure I count as a Bootser any more as I've been stuck in my house waiting for a delivery since Tuesday (!*@%%"!!) and have almost forgotten the sweet pleasure of shopping... however, Cheltenham have sadly never had any reduced memory cards to my knowledge and they did have some TD last time I was in, but it rarely includes wipes as that's the first to vanish with an offer on.

Oh, you poor thing.....I hate waiting for delivery!

I am in Chelt as we speak (on OH's pc) .......... clearance RUBBISH....they are putting out all the Christmas stuff

However, LOADS of Time Delay...pretty much everything in the range. Got rid of my last two vouchers...I think I must have had at least twenty in total!

Well after a royal tantrum I've just been informed via a third party that 'they are having some problems with their delivery people' so I don't think our stuff is coming till 'probably Monday' (what? you want me to be here all day again?!) so maybe I'll be able to get some shopping therapy later on. Only trouble is I'm so drained I'm not sure I have the strength. So it's quite useful knowing the clearance is rubbish - I can see the Christmas bits anytime between now and next Feb ;)

    £2 CSC - £30 :kisses3:
  • If you're Southampton way, may be worth popping into the West Quay branch - they have added more stock to clearance and reduced it all further - something about clearing it all this weekend to make way for the Christmas range.

Amongst others i got a Boots Pedicure Pefection kit from £15 to only £3
    http://www.boots.com/shop/product_details.jsp?productid=1040709
And 15 pairs of opaque hold-ups (diamond and plain, Boots and Pretty Polly) reduced down from either £8 or £5 a pair to only 50p a pair.
Plenty of knee-highs and tights left all 50p a pair.
Unfortuately the 3-4-2 doesn't kick in on these.

Strange thing, they have removed all 3-4-2 pos on hosiary and dental, apparantly as the promotion changes on Wednesday:confused: Bit early i thought.

does the time delay stuff all go through with the £5 skincare voucher for you guys?! i seem to always get unlucky with these and the till beeped when i tried getting the cleanser ggrrrrrr

I have been to my local Boots and the SA said that anything with Time Delay on it can be used with the £5 vouchers. I have already bought 3 body gradual tan moisturisers with them (£4.99 so are free with voucher). Scanned without any probs.
