Just had a hoo haa, visited Leeds on my way to visit my parents and walked off from the acm without my card
Didnt realise until about 2 hours later, luckily I had used a lot of my points on a No7 mirror when reduced to half price so there was only about £12 left on it.
I phoned to report it as missing and it seems no one has used the points which is good news. However, I was totally unprepared for the questions about my virtual pregnancy
Having forgotten that if all had gone well I would just be about due, I had to lie through my teeth and said that I had had the baby once I was put on the spot.
Just a warning to those of you with virtual pregnancys to be prepared if you have to call up about something else. I now feel absolutely terrible that I had to lie to the poor woman. Plus, she must wonder what on earth I was doing out at Boots 7 days after having a baby !!!!!!!! (or is that normal????)
Far too stressed out and wish I had never signed upsuppose that will teach me.

Just wondering if anyone has been to the Llandudno store and whether there are any bargains there as I may go. Would also be interested to know if they have any Time Delay stuff as I've a few vouchers left and my local store has run out of most things.
Cheers:beer:0 -

I've been today and there were loads of eye brighteners - 50p to pay, line smoothers - 50p to pay, no wipes left, and sorry, but I got the last of the hand creams!!;)
No bargains really left on the clearance shelves, still not reduced any more than 50%.
I didn't realise there was another Bootser round here!
Don't use the ACM by the door - it nearly ate my card today!!!! :eek:0 -

Amongst others i got a Boots Pedicure Pefection kit from £15 to only £3
http://www.boots.com/shop/product_details.jsp?productid=1040709
And 15 pairs of opaque hold-ups (diamond and plain, Boots and Pretty Polly) reduced down from either £8 or £5 a pair to only 50p a pair.
Plenty of knee-highs and tights left all 50p a pair.
Unfortuately the 3-4-2 doesn't kick in on these.
Strange thing, they have removed all 3-4-2 pos on hosiary and dental, apparantly as the promotion changes on WednesdayBit early i thought.
Thanks for the heads up, I might try and head down. As for removing the offer signs- we normally take them down on a Saturday evening ready for offers to change on the Wednesday which I thought was early, let alone Friday!

Just had a great Boots trip in Gloucester.
They had some more time delay stuff (although not much). I also managed to get a mamas & papas travel cot for £12!!! They had added loads more to the clearance section and the woman was reducing them as I was there - she must think i've got nothing better to do, lmao! What the Deuce?0 -
All the reduced / clearance toys in my local were coming up on the christmas 342.................. :j :j :j :j
(I think toys instore are now 342 too but even better to clear the clearance shelves too!)
Happy weekend shopping!;)0 -
Date for the Diary for all Bristol Bootser's.
Longwell Green Boots is opening on the 26th September.
Hopefully there will be some good opening day freebies or is that just wishful thinking!
Lets hope it got ACM unlike kingswood
And why has Longwell green got better since I moved out. (no cheeky answers)
