She then said that this was indeed a very odd problem because as far as they could tell, my card was working fine as I am receiving my points when I shop. I explained that this is all very well, but I want my vouchers (I have already missed out on so many :mad: ). She eventually agreed to send a new card - which will take 3-4 weeks.
Fingers crossed that the new one will work - will keep you updated.

When I rang to complain that I get that same problem, I was just told it was because I haven't used my card yet, and that I won't get any offers until I've used it lots and they've had time to build up a profile of my spending habits!

It's really silly, of course, as they don't actually give you offers depending on your spending. If they did, my bf's card should have lots of No7 offers on it, but it only ever has the men's offers and none for No7 (I've been "guarding" his Boots card ever since he got it ~8 years ago!)

The new machine -a pink horror - is just as bad as the old one that kept breaking down, so the system obviously discriminates against some users.

Ive had my card since beg Jan and still no vouchers from the machine all i get told is wait but for how long i dont know !!

I asked for new card as I never got any vouchers - new one didn't get any either. Applied for another one in a false name ( ! ) and that doesn't get any. Thought I was jinxed. In a way it's good to hear others have the same problem. Thought it was only me.

With the white clearance stickered products, the price that is written on the sticker has to be entered manually by the SA (till prompts them to do this) so they will not be reduced any further.

Also can you get more than 1 voucher of the same product from the ac machine, e.g Half price hair colour or does it only print out 1 per advantage card???

In my experience, no 2 stores are the same. Some stoes say everything in the sale is half the sticker price, while other stores say only the red stickered items are half the ticket price. Odd, isn't it?

With regards to AC vouchers. You usually get a chance to print 5 of each voucher, except for vouchers offering a free item. Then you will only get 1, but sometimes (if you are lucky) you can get another voucher from a different AC machine. HTH

Grr, am trying to find a Boots that still has the No7 GWP on! None of the ones I've phoned so far (Salisbury/Bournemouth area) has them.

Going to get my Mum some No7 things for her birthday and it would be nice if I could send her a lovely bag as well!
