I phoned Customer Services to enquire about this. I spoke to an advisor, who, unusually for Boots, wasn't very helpful.

I asked to be passed to a supervisor, explained everything from the beginning and suddenly got the feeling that I was talking to myself. I hung up, redialled and got a message saying "we are now closed and repopen tomorrow". Do you think they are fed up with me? Lol.

I think that if they are going to cut you off because they are going home, they should tell you first. It's rude!!

I will try again this morning.

There was an offer for a free sample of Dove floating around on Pigsback, I found mine under 'my offers' but it was also showing up as a side bar.
My sample took 3 weeks + to arrive, but it was a good size and had a '50p off' coupon included. Nice!

My mam also got a free voucher for a premanent hair colour but my card only came up half price but i did get a 200 point toni and guy voucher

I think i remember further back someone saying to me that i could have used it but i forgot - twice! but i did get a £5 skincare voucher back with one purchase so i did techically get another product for nothing so you could also do it that way?

I did on thursday - although the SA had to add the points manually and was telling me whenever they manually add the supervisor comes round with a 'Naughty girls list' to interogate them why :rotfl:

Hi All,

Been to Westwood Cross Boots (KENT) this morning, not many bargins to be had but did get a lovely bikini 50% off so £16 down to £8 & used my points :eek: I'm still in mourning!!!!
Used 3 x £5 vouchers & got 2 Olay hand creams Free Also used the £3 TD stop smoking voucher to get a TD Radience Balm for 50p
Had voucher out of the machine to get a Free Vit E Cleanser when you buy another item so bought the face wipes for 99p
Had to buy a few other things to make upto £5 to get another voucher!

Came out spending £6.24............Had a bag full of FREEBIES, another voucher & the Sun is shinning at last...........Happy dazes!!!!!!!
