I had a problem with a Debenhams order that was supposed to have been picked up, said on their computer info it had been, but the Home Delivery Network people hadn't actually come. Yours does sound too long though, e-mail again, but check around your house first. I once had a Boots delivery left in the bin!

Hi I even checked with my neighbours. They were huge boxes too - one was the Robosapien V2

Have emailed three times now since Monday - no reply.

Have you been using the email address on the first page of this thread? It doesn't seem to be working for me.

I think i'd be tempted to just ring them as they tend to gt things sorted on the phone a little easier.

I went to my local boots today to try and use my voucher but i couldnt use one with nivea visage eye make up remover as the voucher is only for dnage?which i didnt realise.

I did spend in two transactions and gained another two vouchers so i have 6 to go, lol.

Managed to get a fair bit of make up items in the clearance and some of them went through half price again.

Got a no7 pamper and peel mask for £5 (reduced) and a no7 illuminating souffle for £2.50.

They had loads and loads of reduced no7 lipsticks for £1.25 but none of them were my colour as only really wear brown often..

Just incase anyone goes to Purley Way Boots near Croydon....they are reducing the clearance items by another 50% when you get to the till, so not just the stuff with a red sticker, its any clearance item.
I got a Benefit lip pallette, Karmatherapy body wash, FCUK lip plump, Glucosamine tablets and a Sanctuary Spa cream exfoliator (which I am sure was nearly £10 originally??) ..all reduced to 50p each :D
2008 gig list... Nickelback + Staind (OMG...Staind ROCKED!!), Roger Waters, Infadels, Pendulum, The Police, K T Tunstall, Breed 77, Biffy Clyro....oh, and Motorhead :D

got some photos developed yesterday (collected today). used the 24h service for digital photos.

I split my 50 photos into 5x10 lots and printed separate receipts for each transaction.
I then used £2 off digital photo voucher with each lot.
PLUS 200 points when you use 1h or 24h digital processing voucher from the ACM...

    So overall...

    5 x 10 photos = 50 photos
    5 x £2 vouchers = £10 off...so photos free.
    Then the best bit.... 5 x 200 points = 1000 points

So i got 50 free prints + £10 in boots points! Very happy!:D
Just make sure u split your order up into lots of 10s

sorry to sound really thick but how do i split the photos:o -is it from that weird looking machine they ususally have or do i show the sa my camera.Im awful with technology?

Popped into Brum today and bought Protect & Perfect for @£16 but noticed the spend £18 get a bag of freebies offer. So I picked up a eyeshadow which was on 'sale' dicounted to £2 and went to till with the freebie bag. All items scanned ok and I walked away with the freebie and £5 facial skincare voucher. It does sale 'single transaction' on the advert board in the shop but it obviously works on a £18 total spend.
Thank you to everyone who has helped me MoneySave

Does anyone know if Boots sells Virgin Mobile credit, please?
Yes they do, from £5 upwards, I usually get a voucher, but if you have a swipe card they can do that too.

I take it the eyeshadow was No7 ? I think by 'Single transaction' they mean one transaction (and payment - as long as No7 total is £18) rather than product.;)
