Hello all

Got some really good bargain's on .com in the 75% sale. I ordered on the 8th Aug delivery was by the 14th Aug.

Delivery has been made (as per .com's info) but I have nothing and no card to say they had been.

I have emailed Boot's but am not getting very far.

Has anyone had this before and if so can they advise what to do?

The order was over £70

The Time Delay voucher from the Stop SMoking packs doesn't work anymore!!!

Tried to use it today and no matter which way round the young lad at the till did it, it just beeped and refused to scan saying I hadn't spent enough?

Got a free £5 voucher though from a young girl who was dead excited over some reduced £5 St Tropez spray tan cans - apparently they are £30 normally. (HOW MUCH???:eek: ). I told her to make sure she does them separately to get the vouchers and she said she never bothers to use them and would I like it.......er...YES!!! Mum also didn't want hers so I got 3 today plus a big bag full of reduced stuff for 20-50p each!

From Boot's email it was HDN - I assume that is Home Delivery Network.

They always get a signature from me when they deliver, I'd ask to see what signature they got when they "delivered" your parcel!

I was only there wednesday too I'd have stocked up, got a new obsession with perfume - as long as its bought in Boots :rotfl:
