GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR The lancome (and others) bit of .com is RUBBISH! Or is it just me .... can't see any prices, can't search for anything

Edit: And the Lancome lady in my Local said it was any two products - no mention of £25.....! Another example of different things in different stores

It is rubbish on .com. think about the cheapest thing is the shampoo at £10.50.

Tried a little Boots near my Mum today - chock full of clearance bargains!!! Got lots of little things for 20p/50p.......but she wouldn't let me have the No7 GWP with P&P & a £1.95 clearance item. Oh well.

Exactly the same thing happened to a customer ahead of me - and she argued that none of the posters in-store or notices on the shelves mention that that you can't make up the £18 spend with reduced No7 products. They only say that the goods must be full-size. The supervisor was called and the gift was put through "just this once"!!

Radiance balm? Has anyone tried it? I got one for me and my mother (for .50 who can blame me?) and since I still have one stop smoking voucher (still some left in queensway london) , I was wondering if I should treat myself to another moisturiser for £1 (I have 2 stored already) or a radiance balm... Is the balm worth it??

Thanks.

Yes, I'd second the praise other people have given this. It really does make a difference when I use it for a sort of no-foundation-but-not-too-knackered-looking base when I go out straight from work. It's very like Clarins Beauty Flash Balm, although obviously significantly cheaper.

I've been really impressed by Time Delay - I use the Rejuvenating Day Moisturiser SPF 15 on a day-to-day basis, and I reckon once I've got the lip plumper and the radiance balm on I only need a bit of mascara and a touch of concealer to take a good few years off me. 30 is coming up very shortly so every little helps...;)

I was in the Greenock Boots store a few weeks back and the No. 7 lady was falling over herself to help me!! Mind you I had my disabled son in his buggy and she wanted to know what I was doing in Greenock (Scotland) in the first place. I thoroughly enjoyed my tour of Scotland's Boots stores:grin:

That's nice to know, there are a couple of No7 ladies but there is just one in particular who i obviously rub up the wrong way, there is an older one with grey hair who is lovely but i think she's only part time i never seem to get her.I hope you enjoyed all your Scottish Bootsing and managed to grab a few bargains along the way. :)
:pwould like to make it known it is not a DHN, she's dancing :p

If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything.:A

The Time Delay Hand Cream is £5 and you can exchange the vouchers for this :)
• I'm so upset with Boots at the moment.... saw a Nicky Clarke hairdryer x3 (Clearance) stickered @ £10 and wandered round the store to think about it, got distracted and bought the Miss Sixty perfume set (clearance) stickered @ £12.66 went through the till @ £6.33 :j forgot about the hairdryer. Went back the following morning and hairdryer was gone

Saw online today the Britax Vigour 4 and the Silver Cross Linear Freeway @ 75% off but both sold out  Missed the Zapp & Buzz last time too - really need a new pushchair too. (If anyone got one they don't need let me know ;) )

Managed to get some Johnsons baby wash and a Tommee Tippee beaker for 80p each yesterday though - reduced to £1 + the 20% off Baby. I'm up to £49.61 in points though :D

Has anyone got a working CS email address? Just tried the one on the first page and it got bounced back! Need to complain about Amtrak...first time I've had my order delivered by them, it will be the last.........

btc.cshelpdesk_team@boots.co.uk seems to get through. I don't tend to get replies from that but I had a customer care addition of points on the ACM from that :rotfl:
