  • Ugh, Boots.com is so infuriating, nearly everytime I'm on there I end up getting a blank white page at some point, whether it be the home page or when I'm searching through things, does this happen to anyone else or does it just not like me!?

Off Topic but does anyone know of any good up to date hair style websites? I've tried searching but I only find ones with old fashionedy styles. My hair is so boring at the moment and in need of a new style.

    Thanks in advance!

Used to drive me mad as well but there is a "way round it".

Try this instead of just boots.com

    https://www.boots.com/login/

takes you straight to login page - you can login and will have a "stable" site.

Far better than waiting and hoping for it to return from the dreaded "white page" kickout :)

completely off boots topic (they do sell toni and guy stuff!!), but if you're in/near london, try the toni and guy academy at new oxford st and their advanced class, it's supposed to give you a total change in hairstyle. for just £5. I do my colour there for £15 and it is really good, sicne the instructors are great at supervising.

to keep it boots: any comments on the radiance repair time delay? I'll pass by a boots tomorrow and might give it a try using both vouchers on time delay.

The olay masks are not online, and as someone mentioned earlier (thanks) we can use the £3 voucher and the skincare one... any clues on how much it costs?

I bought a few of the Time delay repair radiance balm last time there was a Skincare voucher and this time I have already bought 2. It is lovely. It feels soft on your skin, is absorbed quickly and really does make you look radiant. I also bought the Time Dlay Wrinkle Reducing Night Serum which has apparently nearly all the same ingredients as P & P for £5.00 using my voucher. I dont know about thw wrinkles yet but it feels nice on your face. Why not try both?

Having a dilemma!! I want a benefit makeup set for £22.50 from .com ... however when i buy lots of things with 500pts extra etc and use the spend over £60 code, if I spend £62.00 I get £40.00 back in points..........(plus 6 other items including another benefit set)...........

but they moral dilemma is - i know getting the points back is saving and i'm theoretically only spending the same amount, but £62 is a larger layout than £22.50 ! argh !

ok what would fellow bootsers do?

Have just seen a Car Booster Seat on .com for £6.24:eek: That's really not bad. Am not sure whether it's any good, but you currently get 74 points for it too.

My booster has arrived and it is not as good as I though it would be. It is very wide (I can sit in it) so will take up too much space in my car as I need to get 3 kids across the back. It is also not very padded, you can feel the hard plastic underneath. Not the value I'd have expected for something reduced from £24.99. I will be returning mine.

  • I just rang boots customer services and she said any unopened bottles of anything that is an own boots brand can be returned! Now am just going to have to argue the point with the scary no7 sa
I have just had a look and I have 2 x bottles of protect and perfect 1 x hydro quench day serum 1 x no7 clenser 1 x no7 tonor 2 x no7 moisturisers. Somehow I don't think she is going to put it through without a fight.

In the last week I've been to the Fort, Central station and Buchanan galleries and I have not had one voucher despite spending over £15 in each transaction. I get blank looks when I ask for them. Grrr.

So what is so special about the Glasgow stores - why can't we be treated the same as everyone else?

Maybe you should do what I did - phone Customer Services to "enquire"/complain.

When I did this yesterday the girl couldn't understand why I hadn't got them but put extra points on my card to compensate.

It's not just Glasgow stores. My nearest store in Greenock has not been giving them out either. I queried this with the store manager, who said that they were not participating in the voucher scheme. So maybe the Scottish stores have opted out, which I never knew they could!!!
