  • Need some help guys. I started using no7 cleanser, tonor and moisturer (the green one) about 2 months ago and also protect and perfect. I have always ahd spot prone skin but this has got a lot worse over the past few months and I now have lots of lumps under the skin. Are they likely to take any of this back as I have 2 spare bottles of each? Any help appreciated!

A few SA's have happily given me spares that are laying around near the till. Apparently they can't even give them away.

I wish this was my store - they seemingly don't even know about them!!!

I spent £35 today - didn't get any as they know nothing about them and then only realised when I got home that if I bought my stuff tomorrow/Saturday I would have got triple points.

    Not a good day today!!

Im using the same and have noticed my chin looks lumpy too, am def going to stopping using it now. Luckily i dont have any extra bottles of it but i think you should be able to exchange your unopened bottles. Wish i could exchange my half used bottles.

Ohhh... will you let me know how you get on with the philips epilator. I wanted to buy one myself but wasn't too sure which was the best to go for.

    TIA x

    will do

its got an offer to get your money back from phillips if you don't like it anyway. so thats always handy.

The free moistorisor, it was the number 7 day moistorisor, so 7.75 so cost 75p. i was going to try the wipes but didn;t in the end. so it was 16.75 (for P&P) plus 7.75, then i did the GWP, then gave the £7off voucher in.

Hiya, just wanted to let you know as I got the Philips Satinelle Ice Premium epilator half price a few months ago...its brilliant, I'd never used an epilator before so was a bit worried it would hurt like heck but it's actually not too bad, honest!!!

The ice seems to do the job and the massaging bit is really good at helping to stop the pain aswell.

I've read things in the past which say some epilators can just break the hairs off and they go ingrown, but this actually pulls them out as it's meant to (you can see the roots! yuk, but oddly satisfying! especially if your hair normally grows back as quick as mine!!)

Anything else you want to know I'll be happy to reply.

p.s. Any ideas what I can get with my skincare vouchers? Anyone with the lip plumper, does it moisturise your lips too? only mine are peeling really badly at the moment and are so sore, I wasn't sure if to avoid this or not?

Also, are any of the handcreams any good? My hands are also really bad at the moment, dry, flaking and split and sore around the knuckles.

God, this post makes me sound hideous!!!:rotfl: I'm not, honest!
