OMG!
I have just checked my points online and it says I have got -7200 points pending!!!
Has this happened to anyone before? I am now slightly worried to put my card into the ACM in case it will update it.
I think this is the amount of points I received some months back for my online orders as they were never added onto my AC in the first place. ANy help would be much appreciated!!!0 -

EDIT::: OOOOPS I just realised you said minus points. Still don't worry - your account would have been updated ages ago but online sometimes shows mad figures that aren't true. Any problems (unlikely) call CS.0 -
Went back to Fareham store today, 3 weeks after my 1st visit and all the fitness stuff on the 1st floor is still there and marked at their original pricing.
Most of this has at least 75% off, if you're in the area go grab a bargain.
We grabbed a load of fitness products on our 1st visit, though today got the PowerBreathe - priced at £49.99, though scanned at £9.99. All 3 variaties available.
Their Original price is a bit over the mark, though sell for £29.99 @ Argos
http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/0104425.htm so for £9.99 its a bargain.
Here's the Powerbreathe website if you want to know what it's all about http://www.powerbreathe.com/homep.html
I also wanted a pedometer, but their cheapest is £2.99, but then found a walking kit which includes Belt with water bottle and pocket for mp3 player, 2 x 450g wrist weights, as well as a pedometer, all from £14.99 to only £3.19.
Also got 3 workout dvd's that were priced at £12.99 & £10.99, but these scanned at £3.24 & £2.74
2kg handweights were £7.99 now £1.99, and last a Gym Towel from £4.99 to £1.24
So in all we spent £28.08, with a saving of £95.66 and of course triple points.
Tip - if you're looking to buy these products grab a trolley and not a basket like us........... I feel like Mr Tickle :rotfl:0 -
I never thought I would say this but I HATE BOOTS!!!!!!!
I tried taking back the no7 products that I said I havd telephoned cs about the other day. The manager was not having any of it and I felt like a thief! She has kept the products and taken my name and telephone number and said she will get back to me. Now I have purchased these and surely am entitled to a refund onto a gift card like customer services said? How does she think she is going to be able to check if I bought the items with just a name and telephone number? Surely she would need my advantage card number or something to that efect?0 -

Sounds horrible!
She will only be able to check that they've sold them, not that it was you that bought them, I'd have thought. Perhaps they've had a lot stolen recently. Still no excuse to treat you like that tho!0 -
Thing is I never expected to be able to take them back - it was only that I rang customer service on the off chance and they were lobely and said the store should take them back no problem. Wish I had sold them on ebay now!0

Hang on a minute..... The manager took the products off you??? Why???? What proof do you have now that she has the products? Did she give you a reciept as you're entitled, as proof??
I would get back on the phone to customer service asap, as this is not ethical practice and bordering on the line of theft from you.0
