chickenpants i hate boots today too.
was looking at the reduced stuff again  and overheard the 2 young sa's on the photo till.one said see that girl their, pointing at me,shes allways in here getting all the offers:eek: .what a cheek, who are they to comment on their customers bargains....jelousy springs to mind!!
OMG!! I wouldn't have let them get away with their comments. I would've marched right up to them, told them I'd heard what they'd said about me, then demanded to speak with the manager to complain about their behaviour. They may be young, naive SA's BUT they have to learn about customer service practice and I'm sure if they'd been told off by a senior member of staff they would think twice about speaking out loud in future. :rotfl:0 -
Yes don't worry I insisted that she give me a recipt for the products she kept. Normally would have kicked up a right stink but have a heart condition which has been playing up recently (it reacts to stress) as dad almost died following a brain operation a few weeks back but is hopefully on the mend now. I had thought I would give her until Monday morning and then ring customer services again. OH is at work but have just spoken to him and he has said he will go down there and demand it get sorted out should he need to.0

That was aweful treatment of you hon - let's hope CS have a word with said manager - and make her apologise - and if she has to - can you record it, or at least get someone to take a pic of her doing it :rotfl:

Boots Chester has loads of sale shelves, some very good prices now. I had one read stickered item though which went through as £10 but I got the SA to check and she manually reduced it to £5. I also found just one of the photo albums with the teddys on the front reduced to £7.50 but I couldnt find anything else similarto go with it.
Also two Botanics face scrubs reduced to 25p each which I put through the till seperatley with 100 extra points on each.
I didnt get the Olay reduced to £5 with my skincare voucher though, pity.
I took so long milling around my OH and youngest went off to Argos, came back got a bit inpaticnet with me so I didnt even ahve a chance to try my cards in the machines or to try and get the Time Delay with both a £3 and a £5 voucher. Try again next week...
I got loads of small items for 25p,50p,75p suitable for Christmas stockings and spent about £16 of my points.
Chester Boots does not seme to be stocking Dab radios now or have I just missed them?“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0
