I had made a calendar note to chase this up if I didn't get it, because of all the complaints on the PN forums.
Well it arrived just one day after the 60 day watershed.

So far the only issues I've had with PN are to do with the phone (which was a transfer from Tesco BB) not being able to receive calls for the first week, and recently about 4 dropped connections which I put down to general network maintenance as they haven't occurred for a week now.

This is probably the best broadband & phone deal I've had & I've been using BB since the days (maybe 10+ years ago?) of 512Kbps & £30 per month.

On this deal which is of course ADSL2+ I get average speeds of around 19.39Mbps up & 1.04Mbps down. What's more at peak these only change by around 1Mbps. Don't know how PN do that.

Well done MSE & PN. This means that as I use my own router this deal is not £92 pa but £88.38 pa. How do PN do it?

Hello, I completely forgot about my cash back from plus net now find myself in the same situation as you. Plusnet are claiming to know nothing about the offer and MSE are only sending automated responses! Did you find a solution? X

Hi, I went through resolver (the email tool from MSE) to plusnet, and tweeted them for a bit of public exposure. I eventually got my cheque in August.
