    My 60 days expired today and I haven't received anything in the post :( I emailed voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com but only received an automated response and nothing else. What is going on?? Where's our promised cashback??

    I also only got the automated response when I emailed 6 days ago and have heard nothing since.
    Not impressed at all.

    Any-one any idea with whom this cashback contract has been formed?

    I want to send a Letter Before Action but not sure if to sent it to MSE or Plusnet.

    I guess with the email address being mse, this should be our first port of call. How can we make mse aware of this thread?

    I don't disagree, but my problem is that call neither MSE nore Plusnet are responding. I think that this already needs to go to the next level.

    I just don't know who this contract is with.

    I am stuck with same problem. I am sure there is complaints or Nodal contact. The email is just automated response.

    Sent them a tweet just few minutes back, lets see if I get any response

    @MoneySavingExp Didn't recieve cashback of £100 of Plusnet, subs through MSE link on 14th Mar. Emails to voucherhelp but only auto responses
