Plusnet £100 cashback link

My 60 days expired today and I haven't received anything in the post I emailed voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com but only received an automated response and nothing else. What is going on?? Where's our promised cashback??

Well, I'm certainly not ready to forget about this, I'm strapped for cash as it is.
I'm just not sure how to progress with this?

I also only got the automated response when I emailed 6 days ago and have heard nothing since.
Not impressed at all.

Any-one any idea with whom this cashback contract has been formed?

I want to send a Letter Before Action but not sure if to sent it to MSE or Plusnet.

I guess with the email address being mse, this should be our first port of call. How can we make mse aware of this thread?

I don't disagree, but my problem is that call neither MSE nore Plusnet are responding. I think that this already needs to go to the next level.

I just don't know who this contract is with.

I am stuck with same problem. I am sure there is complaints or Nodal contact. The email is just automated response.

Sent them a tweet just few minutes back, lets see if I get any response
