    "Ok the £100 cheque is released after 60 days active service and this can take a maximum of 14 days to arrive from then".

    i.e expect this after 74 days and not 60. In my view that is not what the offer said......but I'm happy to wait a few more days

    Wow they actually replied to you? lucky! Yes, I'm happy to wait a bit longer if it's actually going to arrive. I guess it hasn't been 74 days yet for me, more like 63. Let's see what happens...

    Best place to moan about this would be the Plusnet forum. They are quite good at responding there.

    I guess we're all waiting the additional 14 days now, so my new deadline is 27th May.

    I have the original email for the £100 cash back. Used the link etc & should be due cash back at some point next week as I signed up within the time frame & installation took place 24th March (60 day countdown point). I've read on the PN forums of similar problems with cash back.
    What is the situation when a blagged deal does not get honoured?
    Any comment from MSE please?

    Hi guys, I am delighted to report that I have just this minute received the above said cheque from PlusNet. No e-mails or phone calls, my 60 days is just up and the cheque came through the door 10 minutes ago. Have some confidence in this one, if nothing is happening, provided your 60 days has passed, go through the appropriate channels. For the record, I originally went through the MSE Link, but the deal was also declared on the application form that I completed online, I also spoke to a PlusNet operative at the time.

    Ive just been on the live chat with plusnet, they have confirmed:

    "Ok I've tracked your cashback cheque and it was delayed so sorry about that, but is due to be sent in the next 2-3 days so you should receive it we are told within 14 days I'd say from today really"

    It might be worth going on the online chat to get some evidence that the cheque will be posted.

    I also received the cheque today. Got to say I'm less than impressed with MSE though - emailed their voucher help email address 3 times and never got a response (apart from a general automated one.) Presumably MSE gets commission from us all signing up via the link on the website?
  • Got my cheque today...:beer::T
