I can totally understand how frustrating this must be! I've double checked this again to make sure and that it still the correct link to claim your M&S voucher (there's only one).
Unfortunately BT hasn't updated the date range on the T&Cs of this page (we've been chasing them up on this). So although this is the correct page to use to claim, unfortunately it appears that you wouldn't be eligible.
Please be assured that this isn't the case - If you've used the correct link and your order has tracked correctly you will receive the M&S voucher after claiming. We can only apologise that the info on the BT page is incorrect and we're in constant talks with BT to get this updated.

Thanks for clarifying the position. I'm sure your response will encourage many people who are being caught out by BT's negligent approach to marketing and communication.
Of course a cynic might suggest that it is massively in BT's interests to ignore updating their T&C's, and any customer communications on the subject, in the hope that people fail to claim their rewards in the first place!
Terrible thing cynicism...

I signed up for the deal via cable.co.uk which offered a prepaid card, which I've received, and a £50 cashback chq, which I've claimed but not received, how do I chase this up?0

Sorry to hear you've not received your cheque! The best way to chase this up is to contact the team at BT directly responsible for processing cashback - A special contact form has been set up for MSE users who want to chase up their cashback:

Hi,
I signed up to BT in October and the deal included £125 pre paid mastercard and some cash back (£75). I cannot find the link to claim both - only the mastercard. I have broadband, phone and TV and was a new BT customer.

I have had the same deal as you and also just made my claim. I have had an immediate email reply to my card application, but nothing for the cheque application (although it went through ok on the form). Did you get an email about the cheque, or only about the card?

My Sky went active on 10th November but I can't claim the £50 M&S voucher as it says "This reward will become available for you to claim once your Sky services are active" and the track my order page says "There’s a delay with your Sky Broadband & Talk order which we’re working hard to fix. If your installation or activation dates are affected, we'll let you know."0 -
Really wished I'd seen these comments about claiming BT cashback before I switched. If I had done I'm sure I would never have bothered.
Just trying to make claim now and form refuses to accept either my VOL reference or order number which begins Z60?
Can MSE explain why BT have to make their offer so complicated. Surely it can only be to confuse and mislead, in which case isn't this fraudulent?0
