  • Morning all,

Am in again this week - thanks lil_me for the list!!

BIG changes here this weekend, DS moved into his 'big bed' on Saturday - so far so good; he seems to have taken well to it.. Spent whole day on Sat making his room kiddie worthy

Really need to get up to speed on housework, although the last few weeks have been a bit better.. Got up early this am to catch postie, due to strikes am waiting on pin no for new credit card (didn't arrive); have about £13 to last til it comes through  On the bright side, should be getting a decent amount off ebay this week - have 10 auctions ending today and more each day :j

Am aiming for completing all tasks this week - back to Uni in 8 weeks, really need house to be last thing on my mind when I go back!!

Right, am off to make a start; am not sure what my personal list entails but the way it's looking it'll be a weekly list anyway so will post that later!

    GL all,

    Sarah xx

Morning all, thanks for the list lil_me.

Hope you all had a lovely weekend.

I will try and do level 2 today, Kitchen is a nightmare after DH's family came round yesterday. We used to have an agreement that if we had people over I would spend the day cooking (made HM pizzas all round) and he would tidy up afterwards. Since we got a DW he doesn't even load it anymore. I think next time his brother and nephews come over to run riot I will leave him to it and go out.;)

I will try to make the most of the fact that I am stuck in doors all week and get tidy rather than just feeling sorry for myself. Need to speak to Saab soon and see when they will be able to look at the car, not looking forward to it, somehow have to make it clear that I don't think we should be paying for any work done.

    Morning Everyone :D

I'm back on board so thanks for the list lil_me

Lots of life happening still...... friend who lost her mum is on the sick atm which is prob the right thing as being a paramedic is hard at the best of times so am keeping an eye on her , checking she's eating etc. Other friend who has terminal cancer has hidden herself away. Her DH told us that she hasn't long 3 weeks ago and it seems like they've decided to spend time together with their 2 little ones as no-one can get hold of them. They don't answer the phone or return ansaphone messages - a bit worrying for us on the outside but I guess they have to deal with the way they want to.

If it is ok with you guys, I am ready to join in fully with the list again, the house was tidy before we went on holiday but the kitchen is full of stuff now that came out of the suitcases, including Skeggie sand!!

mumoftwo this sounds just like my kitchen though my sand is from France. As we're in Leics our nearest beach is Skeggie so we go occasionally - the littlies love the donkeys.

So, on with the list, most of my dailies are done though the washing pile doesn't seem to be shrinking yet!

    Morning all

Done everything in the kitchen/diner except the oven! I've done the hob though.

Dusted and vacuumed living room and hallway too.

One load of washing on the line, it's nice at the moment.

Well after an hour upstairs making the beds and having a bath I'm back and feeling human :rotfl: It's so humid here I've decided to leave putting my make-up on (which I'm trying to do every day as it makes me feel/look so much better :o ) until just before we go out otherwise it will just run off me  First wash load is in, just about to sort out a maiden of underwear washing out and then I'll tackle the washing up  Oh, and put the pressurewasher away since OH seems unable to do so  DD is occupied with Charlie & the Chocolate Factory and paper

Best get on...still need to wrap ebay parcels.

    Okay so far today:

    WM x 2
    1 load outside
Load of paperwork sorted and shredded/recycled
Paired 2 big bags of socks
Cleaned up after DD and DS doing cutting/sticking and painting
    Not a lot else
