    Declutter mission task
Sort any cupboard, doesn't have to be in the kitchen/dining room, even if it's just for 10 minutes All cupboards ship shape after I wiped the shelves down last week

I gave the pantry a once over as I don't have a dining room. And I disinfected the pedal bin as an extra.

Late start for me today as I'm at the hygenist at 9 before I go to work. I'll start Tuesdays list tonight when I get in. I think it's going to be a quiet week for me this week;no weekday outings or visitors or afternoons off work so I should get plenty done. I'm going to go round the house and make a list of little niggly jobs and make the most of it.

    Have a useful day all.

Morning all :hello: Early night for me last night at 11.30pm :rotfl: and I slept right through until OH left for work at 7.30am so I'm slowly catching up on the sleep I missed out on the previous night :p I've decided to try and introduce daily exercise to my routine but so far it hasn't gone to plan, DD got up at 7.30 as well hungry so I came down to make her breakfast as she wanted toast and then I felt hungry so I'm having my brekkie as well  So after having my bath I think I'll get stuck in today and get jobs done since I've woken up in that sort of mood :D

    Dailies:
    • Beds
    • Bathroom S&S
    • Laundry - 1, maybe 2 loads today depending on the weather.
    • Evening meal - no idea but I think it should be a proper meal instead of just toasties or sandwiches :o
    Extras:
    • Email photos to OH to print out (once I've double checked them)
    • Ebay parcels - need to check on the postal strike situation first though
    • Ironing
    • Declutter a cupboard
    Kitchen (no diningroom)
    • Clear & wipe surfaces
    • Clean floors
    • Cupboard fronts & appliances
    • Wipe window sil & window
    • Sort fridge
Right, off to check email & stuff while I finish my coffee. Back later to catch up

Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!
  • Morning all,

I hope you all had a good weekend. Feisty-Fairy I'm really sorry about your bathroom/kitchen problems: what a b*mmer.

I was feeling quite content about the state of the house and how I was doing ok with the grocery challenge - and then big sister phoned late last night to say she is coming to stay next week. So now I'm feeling slightly panic-stricken (goodness knows why - it's just I feel like she is judging me and looking for excuses to have a grumble etc) Never mind - I will stick to the list (thanks eversomuch for the posting it Lil_me: I'd be lost without it) and try and get through level 3 each day, and at least that might make me feel slightly more in control!

Solwaykid: you are a girlie swot for getting all that done *last night* ;) !

I'll pop back in at lunch-time to see how everyone's doing,
    7WW

    Morning everyone

Going to be in for the 1st three days of the week until we go away. I will also need to pack, but after the weekend we had, then i am in a better position to get on.

Saturday - DH got rid of cardboard and plastic recycling, then friends visited, went out for a late lunch with them, then sat and watched our favourite film (moulin rouge)

Sunday - i packed away all of the 6-9 month clothes finally, and DH put them in the loft, went to visit parents, DH picked up a trailer and brought it home, filled it with tree he chopped down weeks ago, and then took it back to mums and burnt it.

Also did a few loads of washing, and usual dailies.

Today, i am going to try and do all of downstairs again, then upstairs tomorrow. I spotted a dreaded flea on Charlie again this morning, so i'd best check them again before we need to send them to the cattery. Best start by dealing with Charlie.

    Catch you all later

    Michelle, x

    Achieved:
    • fed cats
    • WM on with my PJs and undies
    • got chicken out of freezer for roast tonight
    • all up/dressed/fed/washed
    • emptied bathroom bin
    • beds aired then remade
    • some clothes of Charlie's folded last night now put away in his wardrobe
    • put washing out on line
    • rang dr's and made an appointment for a smear test again!! fed up of going every 6 months
    • put pants in TD as i really don't want to inflict that on the neighbours
    • emptied fluff out of filter on TD
    • fed cats again
    • checked internet banking and done pigsback clicks
    • sterilised and made up bottles
    • WM - load of DH's shorts/trousers, now on the line
    • WM charlie's suit from sister's wedding (16th june - should have done it before but with being on hols and stuff - oh well)
    • fed me and charlie
    • washed charlie's hand and face
    • cut charlie's toe nails
    • WM going again with a load of DH's t-shirts and jumpers - i don't know how many he wears per day, but at the rate it is multiplying, loads. !!!

Is there room for one more, please?

I'm gonna give this a go this week - I've been hovering about reading what you've all been up to and I'm up for a challenge.

The kids are at their dad's for the next 2 weeks so I've got plenty of time to myself to get knuckled down. AND I did a car boot yesterday (£80 - yey sport-smiley-001.gif) so there's not much(!) de-cluttering to do.

I'm at work til 4.30 but I'll get on it as soon as I get home and let you know later how I get on....

Morning all, looks like another scorcher here.
Not a great night with DS whio has chicken pox, he was up about 1 and again about 5, so I am extra extra tired this morning. Not up long actually, hubby got them up for me as he has to pick up a client from the airport this morning and was going in a tad late :j He's terrible though, with their brekkie he just puts the telly on and leaves them to it. They are still there  so I am going to use the opporutnity to dust the playroom a bit before they come and find me.

My list for today goes like this:

    - tidy up breakfast things
    - get kids dressed
    - WM - darks
    - washing out
    - dishwasher loaded, on, emptied
    - post that letter to Dad
    - drop off some bottles on loan to a friend
    - buy, wrap and post yet another new baby present and card
    - wash newborn/0-3 baby clothes
    - buy newborn nappies  and emergency tin of formula and calpol for DS
    - wash baby bath stuff
    - work on rug edging some more
    - do a bit of filing in study, its going mad again
    - sort out some of hubby's expenses and work out what needs to be paid out

    Meals are:
Lunch: Wraps for kids (salami, cheese, carrot, sweetcorn), soup&roll for me
Tea: Fajitas - quorn, sweetcorn, carrot, mushrooms, peppers, onions; rice to top up.

I really haven't got stuck in to flying since I cam back form break in France. :o Too much time on my hands somehow makes it difficult to start, when really it should be easier to be on top of things. But thanks to Lil_me the house doesn't look too bad anyway as the dailies have been done plus a teeny weeny bit of flying. Even did a bit of clearing up in the [STRIKE]garden[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]wildlife sanctuary[/STRIKE] rubbish dump yesterday.

But now a fresh week - a fresh start. I'm going to work from last week's list though so I can pick and choose the jobs a bit. I've developed a bad back ... well I've been igoring it for a few months and it's just getting worse ... and there are times when I can bend and stretch and times when I just can't. :( Being about 5 stone overweight  probably doesn't help a lot either. Going to se the doctor this afternoon. And eat a bit more healthily too.

Unfortunately made a whole load of Twink's hobnobs (delicious) yesterday as have friends coming for coffee this morning. But as they're FULL of oats (the biscuits, not the friends) that'll count as healthy eating won't it?

I need to jump in again. I haven't had time to keep up with the posts, so I hope everyone is surviving the holidays. The last four weeks have been taken up for me by returning to work (horrid but only for four days then the holidays), visitors from America (fab) and various illnesses, Scarletina and tummy bugs (horrid). House is not bad as I have been sticking to dailies. Need to keep on with decluttering.

    Own list
    baby bottles
make some more veg purees for freezer
    food cupboard list
    freezer list
    dailies
    Quite enough there I think!
Happy flying all, I will check back in later.
