Pigpen send em down my way. I have a way with children mainly as they are never mine! (when one child i babysat refused to get dressed for school i took her to school in her pjs, needless to say she never did it again :T ....) Im sure i could amuse them for a few days. Ill let them run riot around camp here, they would be penned in and there is about 40 acres. They could go play on the tanks, the hellibirds, planes, guns and if they are really bored / annoying i'll shoot em.
 I'll make an excellent mother.....0

Pigpen, kettles on, I believe it MUST be cuppa time! Maybe because I've sat here so long my !!!! is flat and numb so I need to move before it sticks, actually I did that the other night, sat on a magazine (instead of moving it) had PJ shorts on, it stuck to my leg :rotfl: I had to shower it off
I do like the idea of if they moan make them work, DS2 just dared to say 'bored' I said 'Ok go upstairs and put all the laundry away' he went outside to play and isn't bored any more! One day I might be more organised........... One day I might be more organised...........

I've come home early 'cos it was glorious (plus I had nothing left to do) and guess what..it's not remotely sunny now. So much for a bit of gardening this evening, it'll be indoors jobs this evening. To be honest I've hit the wall that says 'what's the point' on it. Hope its just friday evening tiredness but I'm getting fed up of being too skint to play out at the weekends with everybody. Moan, moan, moan, sorry - there's bigger things to complain about I know.
Anyhow, happy hols to JulieJim and Michelle!
Nicki, have a fab weekend doing your stuff!
Hugs to HopeElizzy, that's a really sad situation for you all to be dealing with. Hugs too to anyone else who needs one or wants one today especially those with 'testing' neighbours.
Pigpen, If I could rescue you for a few hours I would, sending you a virtual [strike]bottle[/strike] case of your favourite 'I don't give a damn' juice!

Toying with the idea of Internet Dating (the men at my tip are scarey too Aimeelister!) But I need someone as broke as me to make it fair! Shame there's not a singles forum on this site.
Think that's my Friday blues worked out re-reading that.

pigpen, I am just ready for a cuppa too. You sound like you are on a roll now whipping the kids into action. No dinner til its done sounds like a good one to me.
Mine are all supposed to be home now but DH ******* has left work but hasn't come home again. And I have been trying to coordinate others to pick up siblings or wait patiently until lift arrives and go to surgery to pick up letter for me too. DS1 keeps texting to say midgies are biting him. What am I supposed to do. He is 21 FGS!
aimee. Will you take 17-22 year olds too? Please? I can't wait til September....
Thanks for all that info Lil_me. I will now have to go over there, just need to beg a lift from someone.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

pigpen - I seriously don't know how you stay sane. Or then maybe you dont
DS heaps heaps heaps better today, looks like he has had the plague (I must take a photo for posterity...) but hasn't needed any medicine of any description at all today. Thanks for everyone's support and advice over the last few days.
Had a lovely afternoon at my friend's, she was pregnant this time last year so is being great about the heat etc, we sat indoors in the cool while the kids mucked about in the paddling pool and had a water fight. Lovely to watch and so nice to sit down in the cool for a bit. She has 8 month old twin girls who are adorable, I was almost getting broody for this one LOL - its about time!!!
Kids have been reallky really good today, I managed a whole hour laying on the bed earlier and finished my book, it was bliss. I have never done that since having my son, if I ever stopped I lay on the sofa, even with morning sickness I never lay on the bed, they are growing up and better able to entertain themselves for a wee while.
We are having hot dogs and corn on the cob for dinner and I believe hubby went to Blockbuster at lunchtime to get out Eragon for 25p for me and him to watch tonight :T and I believe hubby went to Blockbuster at lunchtime to get out Eragon for 25p for me and him to watch tonight :T
