OH switched the WM of at the socket which is hidden behind it and told the lodger who has been a PITA that it's out of order. Tee hee. ....... I don't care - tra la tra la tra la.

    HB, you sound very liberated!

Got to the Dr to be told, "Well it only looks like a bruise, it's not infected, so just go and see the orthopaedic team at the appointed time next week." Still worried, but at least I'm not tied up in a sling.

Shopping done, with DH's [STRIKE]help[/STRIKE] helpful hindrance

Curry on to cook, ready soon - early rehearsal tonight.

Glad you've got your phone back, Elastic. Good luck with the renovations.

Evening flyladies. I was too busy flying this morning to report it - well actually I had a lie in till 6.45, but I still managed a quick hoover downstairs, ironed enough shirts for DH for a week and walked the dogs before the paid stuff.

Have just washed the dishes from dinner, in the interests of hygiene they can drip dry and in a moment will test my brain with some puzzles.

I hope everyone had a great day. I've just realised I haven't even looked at today's list, but need to do our bedroom tomorrow morning.

    Hi ladies.

Nearly Friday. We are in a bit of a tip here and I don't really care. Just found out one of the section leaders at beavers husband died last week. Was also brain tumour, and they too only had a few weeks between diagnosis and the end. Goodness knows what they were doing there tonight but then I remember taking mine to toddler group just a few days after, in some kind of autopilot daze. Anyway, I offered my condolences and support. Another family crushed. Her little lad is only maybe a year older than DS. He looked broken. Think I shall be having a prayer and a little cry for them tonight.

I think I might also light a candle, for her, for the families of the plane crash victims, including the co-pilots family who must be utterly bewildered. And I guess for myself. What a cruel world we do live in.

Hugs to all you flyladies. Another reminder to make sure our cherished ones know how much they are loved.

Have spent most of the evening trying to balance my finances. My head hurts but I think I am there with it. Must must must not get so behind with it again.

Elastic - strange how things work out isnt it? At least now you can now start planning your new bathroom!

Bossy.. huge hugs for you and yours and the beaver family.. it must be awful. My Great-uncle had 4 weeks between diagnosis and death and my mums close friend only 3.. it is a blessing they do not suffer for a long time but just tragic there isn't enough time to say and do the things you need to, though I'm sure there are never enough minutes to say the things we feel. The plane crash was so very sad, what could possibly possess such a young man to steal away so many lives? It did read like he had had many episodes of mental illness and maybe shouldn't have been left in such a position of trust.

VERY large old tv decluttered to my friends 10 year old tonight.. WINNER!! I have a tiny bit of floor back in the back room, I may even be inspired to fling some.

PMT day today.. so I've done nothing, I'm cold and hungry and want my bed!

I couldn't get on earlier so that may have been why it was so quiet!

Not sure how much of the list I will do tomorrow. After swimming I am going to my cousins for a tutorial on how to put things on eBay. Have a couple of large items that want getting rid of before we move so flying I guess and decluttering tea at the same time Obviously! Then in the afternoon, I am going to empty da1 s wardrobe (mainly toys) and give it a good sort out while he is at school! If I do it in the holdidayshe will want to keep everything. Even though he hardly ever goes in and doesn't know what's in there!

    Updated list-

    mop the kitchen floor

Tuesday - Bathrooms, Hall, Stairs and Landings
Remove everything from the this area which should not be here and put it where it should be
    Clean toilets, sinks and baths/showers
    Hoover and mop the floor
HHMe time with a product or two from the bathroom
    Grocery challenge-
