My kitchen is clean except the floor. Kids in bed so might stick a wash on and mop the floor.

I'm cross with myself today I seem to be in binge mode this week, need to pull myself out of it.

DS summer clothes lifted down and checked for size. He's plenty of stuff. DD will need some leggings I think to pop under dresses as she does get cold on an evening.

Right - WM and mop. Then kettle and stay away from Easter eggs :(

Well done all who have flown.

I have made more progress than other days this week, most of the house hoovered and floors washed on hands and knees. Fair amount of tidying done. I plan to spend tomorrow doing the rest of what needs doing housework wise and Sunday concentrating on the dining room dumping ground.

Ok so time to see what's left on the list for me this week:

    Monday - Kitchen
    Level One

Remove everything from the fridge, meal plan, wipe the inside, wash out the drawers, wipe the door seal, check the drain hole is clear - put stuff back, with stuff to use first at the front
    Level Two
Polish any granite, stainless steel etc
    Level Three
The larder/food cupboards, empty it all out, add to your meal plan, write a shopping list of basics you may run out of over Easter. Wipe out the cupboards and replace after wiping sticky jars and binning/donating stuff which has been in there forever which you really will never use - share your most bizarre find - pictures welcome

Tuesday - Bathrooms, Hall, Stairs and Landings
    Level Two
Clean baths/showers - need to do upstairs
    Level Three
Wipe all dusty surfaces/paintwork - need to do HSL

Thursday - bedrooms concentrate on one or give them all a quick go
    Level Three
    Sort through one drawer
Wipe the window ledges - one still to do
Clean the bedstead and see what has got lost behind it

Friday - End of Week Roundup
    Level Three
Wipe the inside and outside of your front doors
    Extras
Mend the item at the bottom of the mending pile

Not bad, I may or may not catch up at the weekend. Depends how I feel.
Spend less now, work less later.

Just popped in to say we're back from our travels and had a great holiday apart from having my purse stolen with all my cards in it half-way through. Oh well - sorted now.

Sorry not had time to read through so hope you are all okay and enjoying life and I did miss reading all the posts on the thread.

Today I've unpacked the cases and done 3 lots of washing, drying and putting away - now have a pile of ironing to look forward to. Have also sorted all the cards replacements and another driving licence - £20

Need to do meal plan for week and shopping list for tomorrow. I will just S&S throughout and a bit of dusting and start anew with Monday's list.

I'm pleased we put the clocks back tomorrow and Easter is just around the corner. My daffs are all out in the balcony boxes and look so bright and cheerful.

Hugs, sticks and spoons a-plenty atm so help yourselves and have a super Saturday

Don't know where today has gone.
    Have watered and checked seeds.
    Been to optician.
Looked at 2 more makes of car - still undecided whether we actually want one now ("need" may not be until next year, depending whether current one has any issues).
Went to Body Attack (hard work).
    Various bits of tidying.
    Went to mobile library.
Slobbed in conservatory for too long.
Just about kept up with emails, but list of 'marked - to deal with' ones is getting longer.
about to email friend (which is about the only thing I've done from today's proper list)

    Tomorrow:
    hopefully more in garden
help with churchyard clear up and church clean
MUST order lilies as didn't do it on way to optician
if weather nice, maybe motorbike ride to 2 more car places
to catch up on starred emails would be nice
    must ring my mum
Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.
