Allways , Allways act like a footballer , make them chop the car roof off and at least spend a week in hospital
or , only ask the question because you were actually hurt0 -

Have you got his details? In no way accept his offer to pay for the repairs.
Contact National Accident (the advert that Joe Pasquale does the voice over for the underdog). You will get sound advice from them. I have used them two or three times in the past and there is no pressure from them and had great results each time and yes, even if you weren't injured you may develop some pain symptoms over the coming few days. Even if you contact these people and you say you are not injured if you start to develop pain in later days you can still put it down on record. At the very least make an appt. to see your G.P. if you feel the slightest twinge, it pumps up the compo a bit.0 -
I get the impression from a couple of posts that even if you aren't injured you shoild develop an injury.
Remember it's not really some annonomous insurance that's paying out, it's their customers who pay with increased premiums.
That's not to say if you're really injured, you should be claiming.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.
