The Tories phoned my landline (not sure how they got it as I'm sure the numbers not in the book and it's very rare I give it out) to ask who we voted for and who we are voting for next. Then sent a letter addressing 3 main problems from the list we raised.
I'm being honest here though and I'm not sure who to vote. I don't think we can go back to the Labour days of spend, spend, spend (on benefits, buying oap votes with the winter fuel allowance, bus passes etc), but then the conservatives seem to just be about the rich, although the tax allowance raise has been welcomed. But I don't have a clue who to vote.nive always been told Tories for the rich, labour for the poor and lib dem for the Middle ground.:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:

Great danger that the balance of power will be held by a coalition of the Green Party, SNP and Plaid Cymru. Nationalism is the last thing the UK's needs while trying to resolve the issues to the benefit of all.
The money markets may be the reality check these pie in the sky politicians need. When they realise other people may not be keen on lending them the money to fund their non austerity agendas.0 -
SHE clearly does not think this – hence the reference to trendy Islington lefties and other champagne socialists (which include labour politicians, some of whom are allegedly well educated). SHE also did not mention anyone living in council houses, or indeed morons.
Please read posts as they are meant to be read and don't make assumptions about people you don't even know.
And what on earth is the 'working class'? Since the demise of most 'working class' jobs (which were so plentiful in Britain before globalisation and before British workers priced themselves out of such jobs), there's really no such thing as a working class in this country any more.Funny isn't it all Labour voters are council house living morons while all Tory voters are well educated he can't see than many working class people realise that they are better looked after by Labour.0
