OP, I'm clearly not the only one totally confused as to what actually happened, why your mother was so upset and what you are actually so aggrieved about.
None of your postings are clear at all, so it strikes me that that could be the root of your problem. Did you explain clearly to the travel agent what the problem was and what you wanted done about it or did you just ramble - as you have on here - leaving them to fill in the gaps?'Never argue with an idiot. I think most people read the OP's first post and thought she wanted advice on something she couldn't resolve.
Clearly that was not the case - she just wanted a vent.

Funniest thing is the person who should now really say sorry is the op, the op has basically blamed all the wrong people. The op should apologise for that and for creating a thread where the title is completely unjustified.0
