Have written to Vinci and ZZPS but they refuse to answer the points raised! Simply tell me referred to solicitors. My employers appeal simply stated bay paid for but POPLA still rejected it?

Many kind users cite Vinci don't do court and to ride the storm which I intend to do - if they do decide to start though, my luck being what it is I will be the one they pick on - does anyone know if the signage thing does mean that the contract cannot be deemed enforceable
