I will keep my fingers crossed that Vinci will not look to do so - would you happen to know how long WH have been associated with them?

POPLA accepted an appeal on a PCN from my employer which they rejected, who did not ask for my permission before doing so.

My employer is not the registered keeper of my car and the POPLA refusal letter makes no mention to any points that I raised by sending in letters after the appeal was lodged.

POPLA refuse to speak with me as I am not the appellant to confirm if they have looked at any of this - I have been disadvantaged by my employer (who acted albeit with the best of intentions).

The rejection letter is very short and does not mention any of points raised in the follow up letters I sent personally after it was lodged.

However, I maintain that they should not have accepted the appeal and instead should have told my employer to tell me to do so. Could I possibly get anywhere with this?

It's recent and it's not really WH. Zzps pay to use the WH name. Your letter is really zzps in disguise. Here is a clue. Look at the phone numbers on the letters. Strange that WH and zzps have the same number.

So why did your company get involved? Do they own the car but you a RTK? How did they find out about the charge? Who is named on the invoice from the parking company?

They don't own the car - my employer initially told me to ignore the pcn thinking someone would check and see the bay was paid for and that would be the end of it. The contract was arranged by them but they were never provided with T & C information so never cascaded to myself.

Gave RKN to my employer to try and sort out and they took it from there - never knew they were appealing to POPLA until after they had done so

Sorry just following the advice of others to start a new thread - apologies to everyone for being a total numpty about all this. Will look to find out how to PM the board as you suggest
