From other threads it looks like it's a case of spending £thousands and loads of time on court battles with neighbours takes precedence over the odd 50 quid on getting it sorted .... still, I do find it pretty odd that so many posts simply disappeared when figures didn't stack up & much of the logic started to fall apart ...
