Phew. Half way through the hectic week. Paid stuff almost finished. Just maybe half an hour to squeeze in in Friday.

Picked kiddies up from school, quick tea then off to DD swimming. Then to mums with birthday cake. Left DD there to sleep as mum was going to watch her in the morning, while I have yucky dental work done, but she would struggle getting here early enough with baby in tow and traffic. Brought DS home (who's insisting he has a sleepover there on Saturday and DD isn't allowed :D) for a late bedtime then had a quick kitchen flutter.

I've done s0d all this week. And won't be doing much more tomorrow. Dentist, then collect DD and take mum shopping for new watch for 60th birthday, and probably lunch (soup for me???) out, then back for DS, and beavers later. Must fit in some housework somewhere.

Also need to get some leggings for DD plus a few bits of groceries for the weekend...

One bookcase decluttered from the landing plus a huge pile of books (about 1 and a 1/3 bookcases worth of them!) so another trip to the CS is called for at the weekend.

  • Morning - very quick post as I need to get packing. We go to DS at 11.30 and there is a lot to fit in a small car. I am bound to forget something!
Had a good day yesterday - all phone calls cleared - at last, meals booked and appts made. I even did about an hour paperwork sorting!!Then my D sis came with some stuff we couldn't take Saturday so I had to squeeze that in with the rest!

The decluttering is going well and will be better when all this goes today. I should then be able to clean properly when I get back!

The lawn had its first cut yesterday and will need doing again when we return.

    Have a good weekend everyone.x

  • Morning, had a productive one so far.

Last load of washing out on line.
All ironing done and put away.
    Playroom and lounge hoovered.
    Beds made.

Just going out in garden now to start white staining fence, apparently we have nice weather here till Tuesday, so going to follow the weather for inside or outside jobs.

Then paid work this afternoon, so will do bathroom and study later, which to be honest don't need much doing.

Have a lovely day everyone :)

    Morning all

New door being fitted, it's freezing and now filthy in there, good job no flying has been done in there for ages - it will be later.

Off to the paid stuff in a bit and hoping the door is on when I get back!

JTTOU have a good trip down.
