Oh yikes dusty that sounds entertaining.

Busy start to week, paid stuff, school, swimming lessons, slimming club (lost 1.5), home for tea, bedtime routine etc. I've tidied kitchen but not cleaned :o although I did get my pack up sorted for tomorrow. I just ran out of steam.

So now I've had my shower, washed and dried hair and had a cuppa. Almost bed time, must not be messing with phone to the early hours :o

Me and. DH have just spent 2 hours in the spare room he had a large stash of old work related folders and manuals and a big pile of several years worth of fitness mags. We now have 19 recycling bags on the front ready to go and a black bag of old empty files that ae going back to work! That is a major bit of decluttering.
I think if we'd have stacked the paperwork up it would easily have been a 4ft high pile, it weighed a ton.

Grabbing a cuppa and going bed now

    Night all

Interesting evening as DH got his leg stuck in a chair whilst standing on it to paint a door. I'm am so trying not to find this funny. Hacksaw later, leg is free, chair is not in one piece.

Dropped off at MIL's flat on the way home from uni to lug the chest of drawers (flat pack) she bought while staying with BIL. Mr N met me there having cycled the 3.5 miles from home, so I gave him and the bike a lift back.

Went to A1d1. As weather is colder of late, their trays of 12-24 small plants aren't doing well, so all reduced to £1.39. I got 15 gazanias and 20 double petunias. Watered well and now in the conservatory so hope the poor little things won't shiver too much.

Haven't achieved much else apart from phone calls to my mum and brother, looking at various car reviews as still considering a replacement, catching up on emails and sorting student paperwork for tomorrow.

Pigpen is it you who uses Appr0ved F00ds? After trying intermittently for ages to get the web site to work, I managed it at last and there are certainly some savings to be made. I just wonder if I'd save enough to make it worth the delivery charged - silly question really as we all buy different things. I got a bit excited when I saw some GF flour as I'm quite limited (can't eat potato which is often a substitute in GF flour), but the one they had said it could be used in sauces or as an egg substitute? Odd. I wanted one for baking which currently I can get in a health food shop but at over £2.50 for a smallish bag. I suppose with redbush teabags at 59p instead of £1.99 (and we use a lot of them) the saving would soon outweigh the delivery charge if I could find a few more things I use regularly without being tempted to buy stuff just because it's cheap.

    Well remembered, pigpen!
Dusty, it sounds as if you have had a busy evening wielding the hacksaw! Glad your DH's leg is in one piece even if the chair's isn't :rotfl:
Great flying today from lots of people. Well done Claire - great start! Mrs-mp, 19 bags of recycling - really?!?!?!?

I have done everything that was on my list except the gardening. It has been cold and wet this afternoon and I went back into hibernation
    :(

    Tomorrow:
    - Dust LR and DR (I hoovered both rooms today)
    - WM x3, TDx3
    - SW
    - visit my friend, taking her aunt
    - extra choir practice in the evening
I probably won't have time for much else.

Catch up again tomorrow. Good night all x

Narco yes.. I use them a lot. I get a lot of jars and tins and my last order had about a years worth of sanitary products for 3 of us :/ I add up weights with loo rolls and this time I was well under so bought 2x 5L bottles of fairy liquid for my stepdad.. he is a window cleaner so goes through stacks of the stuff. Their stuff is all perfectly fine, I've never ad an issue with it though do check what you ordered against what you get they are prone to leaving things out!!
