Do you mean me? I have only one name here (my real one) and only joined here a while ago.

Tomtontom, have you not worked out who this poster is yet?

AP? Yes, but she got a hard time under her last guise so thought I'd give benefit of the doubt ;)
  • With anything you have no idea what a person is doing or have done unless been caught. That is not what I have said at all.

I said if they have been convicted Id not want to work with them.

Thing is myself and my workmates will have no choice we will have to work with him.

What I was worried about is that it could end up becoming a bit 'vigilante' like. I'm definitely staying out of it if that happens.

If someone is charged AND convicted of a sex offence (!!!!!philia) can the employer sack him?

Probably not, but he might find the work environment uncomfortable.

He could perhaps try for a job at the BBC.

I'd stay out of it full stop, for your own sake as much as the man concerned. I know a little about this area and the motivations of people that download these images often have little to do with sexual gratification or control or harm. Not to excuse the behaviour at all but there may be greater issues that this man has to deal with. Hopefully he will get the help he needs to move forward from this and not repeat offend.

Can I offer some well intentioned advice? If you want to start afresh then don't give away so much about your personal circumstances. You've left (at least) twice now because trolls have latched on to you, and that's because you give them the bait.

I'm not trying to discourage you from posting, I enjoy your quite unique take on things, you just need to watch how much you're giving away ;)

I can say it again if you like I have only been on here since Jan and only of this name and never been here before so have no idea who you think I am.

What personal circumstances are they then?

I haven't given anything away and if you think I have been here before then that's up to you but I know who I am, you don't!
