So you're ok working with them if they've not been found out? This is the point you're missing, in any workplace you will find people that have done things you find to be unacceptable - you may or may not be aware of these activities. You can't pick and choose who you work with!
With anything you have no idea what a person is doing or have done unless been caught. That is not what I have said at all.
I said if they have been convicted Id not want to work with them.0 -

Though not as often prosecuted/ discovered to be committing offences. The number of female sexual offenders is alarmingly high, but as they don't fit the profile they stay under the radar0 -
