If i'm right we had a fantastically relaxing 2 weeks there in 2006. The snorkeling was amazing, even including the 5ft reef shark that ghosted past me in touching distance! Needless to say i had a couple of days paddling after that!!

    Hiya

Been catching up with your diary and love your approach to being MF! I've been getting grumpy with the slow progress this end, and you've inspired me to set a target each month towards being MF
    :D

Congratulations to you both on your lovely news :) are you going to find out the sex of the baby or keep it a surprise?

Cel - thanks for visiting. I can't function with the big overall picture so instead i have short targets; each month, each 6 months, 12 month and then 2 yr to fit in with mortgage product. I still have an overall target but that's quite flexible. 4 x 2yr chunks i can cope with and i hope that we'll be within about 30k at that point!!

As for baby number 3 we are at war over the finding out the make!! I say no, Mrs SJ says yes!! Im realistic thought i know who'll win!!

Payday for Mrs SJ tomorrow so will do a few money shuffles into savings and to our 3 Halifax rewards accounts that are purely in existence for the free £5's! Hoping for a NSD other than food shop which will be no more than £50.

We have an exciting morning taking DS2 to his nursery visit prior to joining in September. He's an August baby so still seems so small for going, in fact his age 2 underpants won't stay up if he's not got a waistband from his shorts!! Even though we've done it all with DS1, its still exciting (although i expect some tears from Mrs SJ).

As for the weekends plans, i do have 2 doors to gloss from our bedroom decoration last weekend and a garden fence to paint (been scuppered on the fence by rain on 3 occasions).

Our decluttering will hopefully continue as i next want to tackle the spare room, that we usually avoid going in for fear of getting lost. How did we ever accumulate so much? I'll continue with my approach of removing storage solutions once they've been emptied to stop us re-filling them! We're on a storage solution purchase ban and removal phase!!

In other money news our paypal account from ebay is at £133, which will do nicely for DS2's birthday plans. We still have 31 things listed for sale that finish on Sunday evening (2 of which have bids). Our utility switch goes 'live' tomorrow after the cooling off period. And finally my small change jar is £1.13 off a £5 overpayment.

Enjoy your sleep on a much cooler night!
