Well I'm returning! Renewed, refreshed and reinvigorated...!

Without making excuses Miss Baby SJ has been more time consuming than i imagined...Well that and DS2 starting school as well. Anyway we seem on an even keel again, so i'm hoping to pick up this diary again.

As a snapshot i've still been OPing and we now stand at a balance of £107k. We remortgaged to 1.64% fix for 2yrs and our daily interest is now approx £4.70. We remain on course for MF in 7-8yrs, u less we can have some late acceleration and we may sneak in at 6-7.

Anyway there i've done it and logged in and posted for the first time since 1st December 2016... So now i'll crack on with updating my signature, setting some new targets and hopefully posting some figures in the 3yr thread that i've also neglected.

I'm sure none of you have really missed by ramblings, but it feels good to be back...!

Oh and i will be catching up everyone else diaries!
