Absolutely I am not interested in renters, renting is wasted money! I oww my flat outright and whilst I don't expect that level of ownership I don't want a "renter"!! rather be single than date a renter! Hehehe!
By renting, I know when I meet an eligible young lady who is interested in me, she is not paying attention to my bank balance. Speaking of which, should there not be an MSE dating site for matching financially responsible moneysavers?
"Mrs. Pench, you've won the car contest, would you like a triumph spitfire or 3000 in cash?" He smiled.
Mrs. Pench took the money. "What will you do with it all? Not that it's any of my business," he giggled.
"I think I'll become an alcoholic," said Betty.

I have two cars , but still cycle to & from work. It takes much the same time, stops belly getting too big & it's more environmentally friendly.

To any facebook users I recommend the group:

For those who know the leafy green pleasures of being a tree-hugger

Dammit though, it seems that the trees get more kisses than I do.
