Can someone in the know explain to me the whole ESA thing, from initial claim onwards? I am able to work part time hours but not full time and they have told me I am too restricted to be on JSA.

Shopping I do online, to get to doctors I get the bus into town to cut down walking as much as possible. Years ago I was claiming IB and had to travel 25miles to a medical, I had a car then, if I have to go to the same place again, its going to be very difficult on public transport and leave me in a lot of pain.
