Autosec parking ticket advice please.

Options
I have read through the "Newbies" thread and also lots of other threads about private parking issues.
I just want to make sure I am on the right track before I do anything.

I received a parking charge notice on 5/03/2015 from "Autosec"
The ticket times me as parking from 14.13 to 14.33 = 20 minutes.

I have since returned to the said car park and there is a notice stating that it is a twenty minute car park!

The ticket is for £100 or £60 if I pay within 28 days.

Should I respond now and admit to being the keeper or should I just hang on until I get a letter from Autosec?

Also does anyone have an email address for this company?

Any advice really will be appreciated.
Thanks
pam

If you are the registered keeper or relative is wait for notice to keeper so they can make more mistakes. These use POPLA so easy to defeat if they do not cancel. Why do you want an email address? Do not contact until you appeal, NEVER phone.

I have just sent a test email (No details on it) to
    "appeals@ autosec.co
and this is what came back??

As from 2013 AutoSec no longer accepts Appeals by email.
Please send your appeal by letter, stating the name and Address of the Driver to:
    PO Box 967 HU7 9AX.
If we do not receive an appeal within 28 days we will request the registered keeper details from the DVLA.

Nice to see that both their website and their emails breach the Companies Act about company disclosure requirements.

Some further information for future reference:-
    Registered Office:-
    AUTO SECURITY LTD
    42-44 ADELAIDE
    BRADFORD
    BD5 0EA

The only mention of them on the Data Protection Public Register is under reference Z3345351 with an address in Hull.

They shoot themselves in the foot on their website

    http://www.autosec.co/

In your appeal you must provide ... the drivers (no apostrophe) name and address ... Appeals submitted without the requested information cannot be considered.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
