An extremely nasty piece of work. I'm predicting you will not get a NtK from del Grosso, either you'll hear nothing more or it'll go directly to debt collectors.
You could wait until just before the end of the 28 days and then send an appeal as keeper. Dig a hole for him to fall into by inviting him to do something taxing. Like read and write.
But don't time out, make sure you leave enough time for the letter to get there before the 28 days is up.Je suis Charlie.0 -

Other people have said to wait for a notice to keeper letter?
Do you think I should not wait?
Confused!0 -
The "game" is that appealing (as keeper) to a windscreen ticket means the PPC probably won't seek keeper details from DVLA. This means that there cannot be any keeper liability as there are strict rules to follow - one of which being that keeper details must be sourced from DVLA.
Basically you give them enough rope to hang themselves, IF they ever tried court action.0 -
In a nutshell from DoaM.
Ultimately it probably doesn't matter much which way you go, wait or take the initiative. Knuckle-scraping ex-clampers like del Grosso don't bring court claims, they couldn't begin to figure out how.Je suis Charlie.0 -

And ManxRed's Law is upheld:You were in the wrong. Stop moaning and pay the fine. If you were an able bodied 20 year old, no one would care!
ManxRed's Law states that in any online newspaper or media article about private parking, at some point in the comments someone will post a comment along the lines of "hey, if you don't want a fine, then don't break the law" no matter how aggressive/unlawful are the activities of the PPC in the article.Je Suis Cecil.0 -

Confused!
Should I respond or ignore?
Re my previous posts about Autosec.
I am still unsure whether I should respond as the keeper or just totally ignore this?
My 28 days is up at the end of this week.
Has anyone else had dealings with this company?0
