Appeal to PCN ignored and now received debt letter

I assume the BPA have not yet come back with their "decision" ?
did they acknowledge your complaint and said they are looking into it ?
if so , email them AGAIN and put copies of all the DRP letters and any other paperwork they have not had as attachments to your email of further complaint (also adding a copy of the initial complaint and any reference they may have given you)
then see what they come back with
hopefully this bending of their ear will result in Care cancelling or issuing a POPLA code as was your right in the beginning
if these people had a valid case, they would give you a popla code and try to win a valid case at popla , the fact they havent done so only reinforces the fact that they tend to lose at POPLA so dont like going there. Its also why they never go to court too
stand your ground, complain to the BPA and wait for the BPA reply, until then email the BPA with every new begging letter that arrives
you should also complete the government survey before the end of may, the more that do so the better

lastly, complain to the DVLA that you received a PCN and have appealed it to Care Parking in good time and have been denied your right to a POPLA code and that the BPA do not seem to be sorting this out for you in a timely manner, plus you are now being harassed by debt collector letters, also that you object to your RK data being used in this manner0 -
Plus 1 on complaining to the DVLA. The BPA are getting very lax at controlling the excesses of their members behaviour. The defections to their rival seem to have rattled them.0
