Ideally, transfer the CS5 licence to the new PC and use that.
If you want to keep XP connected to your local network, but shielded from the Internet, run this in a command prompt:route delete 0.0.0.0 mask 0.0.0.0
If necessary, you can use this to restore Internet access (where 192.168.1.254 is your router):route add 0.0.0.0 mask 0.0.0.0 192.168.1.254
And then, you can use Remote Desktop (or Teamviewer) to access the XP machine from your new PC: http://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/kb/3153280
