    Yes English is not my 1st language. I know i didn't make myself clear enough.But all this crap make me cross. I don't think on any languages is right to get a ticket on your private rented flat. In fact i was displaying my permit on my windscreen . CPS refused to send me a photograph on my car, as they held one.

    Sorry,if anyone has missed my post from yesterday with my tenancy agreement.

    You the Tenant will not:

    Park any motor vehicle in any such area, other than designated for the use of the property. Cheers

    Then there is no requirement for you to display a permit. As already advised, return it from wherever it came, and tell the parking company the terms of your lease take precedent and if they disagree you will see them in court. It is very unlikely it would ever get that far, but you would win simply by producing your lease.
